Did you know that window covering is one of the least expensive items to upscale your multi-family units?
If you want to maximize ROI on your multi-family property investment, the last thing you want to do is place an outdated interior product in the units. The investment to upgrade to a nicer window covering is actually much lower than you think. For example, choosing to go with a 2" faux wood blind versus a 1" mini blind is only a matter of 15% to 20% more, yet the look and feel of the unit will instantly freshen.

You expect your subs to have a handle on your schedule. But more than often, they don't have the blinds or shades available at deadline.
With our program, you no longer have to worry. Not only do we have the most effiencient blind cut down in the industry, we also have multiple phase and shipment deliveries for the subs. SUBCONTRACTOR
We provide our blinds and shades to subcontractors who bid for projects, never do we bid directly for GCs. Subcontractors who are interested in using our product must first establish an account with us. A few of the things we look for to qualify as a subcontractor:
- Business license
- Reseller permit (CA only)
- Contractor license
- Proof of insurance
- Evidence of sufficient industry experience
Once a subcontractor qualifies, we provide the following services:
- Detail Quotation
- Samples
- Project leads
- Marketing material
The following are why subcontractors enjoy working with us:
- Pricing is dependent on lead time than quantity. We quote lead times from next business days to 14 weeks
- We run a parallel production line with our oversea vendor, using the same components and assembly procedure to ensure consistent quality
- In most situations, we will split projects into multiple shipments, allowing subcontractors to benefit:
- Only have material on hand as needed
- A complete schedule of material available dates
